Servers are backed-up once a week on Sunday; the exact time depends on when we can get to your server. If today is Sunday, please contact us so that we can check if the new backup already ran.
To have any backup restored, please e-mail support@NeutroHost.com. If you provide your own backup file, the restore service will be free.
Please note, there are rules you must follow to stay on our weekly backup program. Please read the details in our TOS section 5, 7b and 7c.
