New domain registrations will only be processed after you pay for them. The new domain should soon appear in eNom's Whois lookup.

Domain transfers will only be initiated after you pay for them. After that, be sure to watch your email for a confirmation letter. The transfer should be decided within 7 days. If the transfer was successful, then the domain will appear in eNom's Whois lookup.

If you paid for a domain name, waited, but do NOT see it in eNom's results, then please contact NeutroHost via email to support@neutrohost.com with your domain name and proof of payment.
