If you registered domain1.com and you would rather have domain-one.net, then you must register the new name.
This means you will own both names. Once the original name is ready to expire, simply choose to not renew the registration.
You can also request NeutroHost to update your account to reflect the new domain name via an e-mail to support@neutrohost.com.
